This policy explains how Slas Technologies Inc. (“Slas”) handles personal data within the SEOS platform. Slas processes data on behalf of subscribing organizations and in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including PIPEDA and, where relevant, the GDPR.

1. What we process

Account identifiers (name, work email, role), authentication and session metadata, and the operational records your organization enters into the platform. We do not sell personal data.

2. Why we process it

To authenticate users, enforce role-based access, deliver platform functionality, maintain a tamper-evident audit trail, and secure the Service. Processing is carried out under the subscription agreement with your organization, which acts as the data controller.

3. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and tenant-isolated at the database with row-level security, and administrative actions are logged. Access to production data is restricted and audited.

4. Retention

Operational and audit records are retained for the period required by your organization’s configuration and applicable regulatory obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because your organization is the controller, please direct such requests to your organization administrator, who can coordinate with Slas as processor.
